Alejandra has obtained a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Christianity from Grand Canyon University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University. In addition, she has received training in play therapy and social emotional learning. She has gained experience working with depression, trauma, substance abuse, anxiety disorders, and personality disorders. She predominantly implements cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques and dialectal behavior therapy (DBT) techniques to help her clients make impacting changing in their lives.
Alejandra is dedicated to providing counseling services to individuals who are seeking support and guidance. She is a compassionate counselor who is committed to helping others overcome challenges, improve relationships, and achieve personal growth and well-being. With a patient-centered approach she also strives to create a safe and non-judgmental space for others to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. She strongly believes that Christian based counseling can help transform lives and is honored to be a part of the journey towards healing and living a life filled with purpose.
